Bio: Kristine Messick has owned Crow's Nest Home Inspections, LLC since 2003. She is a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector, member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a Licensed Real Estate clock hour instructor, Certified Energy Star Verifier for new construction, Certified Energy Star Performance Tester, and a Master Home Environmentalist Volunteer through the American Lung Association. Prior to home inspection, Kristine renovated a home and did remodel and home improvement work. She has taught prospective home owners and real estate agents for clock hours classes on home inspections.
