Bio: I have been in the mortgage industry since 1995. During the 14 years I have prided myself with being knowledgeable in many fields of lending (Conventional, Subprime, FHA, VA, USDA, New Construction, and now Green Lending). Through my time in the field I have worked many different angles in Home Lending. I have worked as a processer, realtor, loan officer, broker, retail officer, manager, account rep for wholesale lending, and regional VP. This experience has allowed me to see the many different ways a loan can be worked to fit the borrower's needs. I believe a Mortgage professional should have a broad range of knowledge to help place the customer in the best product available to them. My goal is to help ensure the customer will receive the best customer service while being placed in a loan that will benefit them to the fullest. Being Green certified is another step in making sure I can continue to deliver the best products available to my customer. I feel green is the next market that America is starting to move toward. By making sure I am green certified I am ensuring my knowledge base for the future of the Mortgage industry all while supporting something I care very much about.
