Jolyn Davis is an experienced real estate professional in the Puget Sound area since June of 1975, becoming a broker in 1979. She has worked in both new and pre-existing home sales. Jolyn has specialized in new home sales since 1982.
In December of 1987, Jolyn joined Burnstead Construction Company as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing, as well as the designated broker for their John L. Scott real estate company. She was awarded the Marketing Director of the year award in 1991 by the Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties. Designations: MIRM-Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, CSP-Certified New Home Sales Professional, ASP-Accredited Staging Professional.
Jolyn is actively involved in the New Home Council and the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. She is a member of the National Sales and Marketing Council. Jolyn is also an active member of the Dr. May B. Guy and Ned and Kayla Skinner Guilds for Children's Hospital and Medical Center.
