GreenInsurance Specialist: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington State and Washington DC.
GreenLending Specialist: NMLS States (nearly all) plus Nevada.
GreenRealEstate Specialist: North Carolina, Washington State

So how do you become a GreenLending Specialist, GreenValuation Specialist, GreenInsurance Specialist or GreenRealEstate Specialist?
