About the "Green Specialist" Training
The "Green Specialist" training is for anyone involved in commercial or residential lending, appraising, insuring or real estate sales.
Earning a Designation
So how do you become a GreenLending Specialist, GreenValuation Specialist, GreenInsurance Specialist or GreenRealEstate Specialist? To earn and use the designation the individual must attend the comprehensive two-day training, successfully pass the exams, adopt the principles set out in the Code of Conduct and agree to ongoing continuing education.
