What is a GreenValuation Specialist?

A GreenValuation Specialist ™ (GVS) is an appraising professional, educated and certified through the GVS designation program. This individual has attended the comprehensive two-day training, successfully passed the exam, and adopted the principles set out in the GVS Code of Conduct.

How do I become a GVS?

  1. Take the two day GVS course
  2. Successfully pass the exam with a score of 75% or higher
  3. Agree to and sign the GVS Code of Conduct
  4. Attend annually the half day (either live or on-line) update course
  5. Participate in the GVS network and information exchange forums
